To what extent retail will ultimately succumb to the online over the in-store experience remains to be seen, but almost everyone knows of some formerly thriving (and now vacant) retail space in their community.
If you think the car business will be immune to this, you are not paying attention and candidly, you probably will fail if you don’t change that.
How much, how deep? Who knows right, but one thing is for sure, our business will not be uniquely immune to this trend.
